My standard car show sign size is 20" X 30". I ship the standard size signs in a 32" X 22" X 3" box. I package with edge and corner protectors as well as pipe insulation.

Special Order Sizes

I can do special car show sign size requests, but I prefer not to because of my shipping materials and procedures.

It takes special boxes for other sizes, which can take more time and require a quote at the time of purchase.

My metal car show signs are made of a 1/8" acrylic core sandwiched between 2 very thin sheets of aluminum.

Or I have a plastic option, but I don't recommend that if you are doing outdoor shows, at it may get hot and tend to warp. (See illustrations below)

The image is printed on the same material used to "wrap" a vehicle. So it is very durable, won't fade and is water resistant.
